Abdul Kayum Arain, Group Chair, is pleased to invite all members of 2nd Cambridge Scout Group to attend the Group’s AGM to be held at Netherhall School – Atrium on Thursday, 28th of November 2024 starting at 6:30pm.
This is the annual meeting of the 2nd Cambridge Scout Group Council at which every member of the Group with the following roles may vote or show approval for Agenda items.
- all adult members of the Group
- all Patrol Leaders of the Troop(s) in the Group
- all parents or carers of Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts in the Group
- the District Commissioner
- the District Chair
Following the AGM there will be an opportunity to ask questions of the 2nd Cambridge team, refreshments will then be available and you will be able to network with others.

Selection process for Trustees (new from April 2024)
To comply with The Scout Association’s Policy, Organisation and Rules 5.3.1.4, the Group’s Trustee Board has held an open selection process to choose the Trustees that the AGM will be asked to appoint.
